Victor Whittington

Victor J. Whittington, age 63 of Hoffman passed away on Tuesday October 9, 2012 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia. He was born on March 15, 1949 in Duval County, Florida the son of L.H. and Thelma (Crews) Whittington. They both preceded him in death.
Mr. Whittington is survived by his significant other: Vicki Hill of Hoffman and also left behind many friends.
Victor attended Florida State College of Jacksonville, where he was a counselor. He later served in the United States Army, serving most of his time in Germany. Victor was also a member of the American Legion Post 88 in Jacksonville, Florida.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Hoffman House.
