Joseph H. Goewert

Joseph H. Goewert passed away on Monday February 20, 2012 at his residence in Carlyle. Mr. Goewert was 77 years of age. Joseph was born on November 19, 1934 in Breese, IL the son of Herman B. and Leona E. (Hellman) Goewert. He married Lora Mae (Leonard) in April of 1974.

Mr. Goewert was preceded in death by his wife, parents, and a brother; Stanley H. Goewert.

He is survived by three sisters; Gloria Mollet, Barbara Wade, and Rita Carder. As well as many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held for Mr. Goewert at the Frerker Funeral Home at 2:00 pm on Monday with Pastor Keith Michaels officiating.

Friends may visit with the family from 1 until 2pm on Monday February 27th at the Frerker Funeral Home.

Memorials are suggested to Multiple Sclerosis Society and those will be reiceved at the Frerker Funeral Home which is serving the family.
