Brandley 'Moe' Mueller of Beckemeyer died Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis at the age of 47 years. He was born in Breese on September 8, 1962 the son of Donald and Doris (Washburn) Mueller.Brad is survived by his mother: Doris Mueller of Beckemeyer; his father: Donald Mueller of New Baden; sons: T.J. Mueller of Breese, and Samson Mueller of O’Fallon ; a daughter: Sarah Mueller of Montana; brothers: James Mueller, Daniel (Susan) Mueller of Carlyle and Timothy (Tracy) Mueller of Beckemeyer, and Chris (Jen) Mueller of Carlyle; a sister: Amy (Jason) Holthaus of Aviston; nieces and nephews Casey, Josha, Axel, Cody, Rhys and Jake.Brad was preceded in death by his grandparents: Herb and Alta Washburn, Ed and Marie Mueller; a sister: Barbara Mueller Gebke; and niece Airiel Nicole Mueller.Prior to his illness, Bard had worked at the Veterinary Service is Breese and was very skilled as a professional hoof trimmer. He enjoyed cooking (often sharing with family and friends), deer hunting, fishing, woodworking and gardening.Funeral Liturgy is scheduled for Monday at 10:00 A.M. at St. Teresa Church, Marydale with Fr. George Mauck and Deacon Charles Litteken officiating.Friends may visit with the family at the Frerker Funeral Home in Carlyle on Sunday from 4 to 8:00 P.M.The family suggests memorials to the Siteman Cancer Center or Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital, and those will be received at the Frerker Funeral Home which is serving the family.Expressions of sympathy can be sent to Brad’s family at www.frerkerfuneral.com
